Is it possible to run 4 of these cards in one system?

This is already a dual gpu card using inefficient / energy hog chips. Crossfire 295x2 need a 1500 Watt PSU. There likely isn't a PSU large enough for 4 cards, and that's before the issue of a motherboard doing quad extra wide crossfire or the ability to efficiently use 8 gpus. Or finding fan headers and bays for the 4 radiators you'd need.

In short, no. If you need that much power you want Titan X cards, 2 in SLI should work. What are you intending to do, video rendering?

Does this come with a DP Mini to HDMI 2.0 adapter?

No. Mine didn't even come with a DP Mini to HDMI 1.4 adapter. Sapphire only gave a passive DVI-D to HDMI, which gave me 30hz at 4096x2160 through HDMI to my LG true 4K TV. That's higher bandwidth than 1.4 I believe. So I'm not sure if one could use it to get 60hz 3840x2160, I haven't tried it, but I know you could get at least 35hz, maybe 40hz if you're lucky. My TV does support HDMI 2.0 (and is a 120hz panel) but you'll need an active DP 1.2 to HDMI 2.0 converter for full 60hz. It can't be passive or you'll only get 1.4 bandwidth and 30hz. There will be active converters in Q1 or Q2 of next year, but none currently exist for 2014.

How much voltage does this draw? Trying to figure out what PSU to, when I upgrade my GPU to this one.

I cannot say what the exact draw in voltage is; however, the GPU needs 2x 8 pin aux power connectors and each connector needs to be on a separate rail. Each rail it is connected to must be capable of providing 28A. In specs of nearly every Power Supply listed on newegg you will see a section labelled output. In that "Output" section you will see the rails and their current. It will look similar to this "+12V3@30A, +12V4@30A, +12V5@30A, +12V6@30A." This would tell us that there are 4 seperate rails capable of providing 30A meaning it is capable of providing the correct current to this card. You MAY be able to use a PSU below 1000W; however, I would recommend keeping 1000W as your minimum just to be safe.

lastly, make sure you have a case with decent airflow. Even though this is liquid cooled it is cooling 2x GPU's and still has the potential to get extremely hot in cases of poor air flow.

I was able to add another 120mm fan for push/pull configuration.  You will need 4 bigger screws to do that.

IS THIS CARD BETTER THAN GTX 980 ?

Yea, Its better than a single 980. I ran a 3d mark on both and had 16k on the r9x2 and 13k on a single 980. higher the better...It really depends what game your playing too.

I want to buy this card but I want to make sure that this card doesn't die after 2 months of usage because I will be leaving from the US by 24th february. Is there any way to test this card here?

I've not heard many reports of the cards dying in short order like that.  There are a few cards that appeared to have issues upon arrival, but if it works in the first week for you then you should be good to go.  You could stress-test it with a benchmarking program like 3DMark, which will let you know it is up-to-snuff after installation.

If you're really worried you could buy the extended warranty.

how much better is the titan x than this proformance wise and lasting wise?

At high resolutions, on games that CrossFire profiles have been created for, the 295X2 will beat the TitanX pretty well.  There are just a couple games that nvidia always does better on that the AMD card will trail by around 2fps, out of 70-80.

The thing to remember is that the 295x2 is 2 graphics processors on a single card, so it relies upon AMDs driver team to get new profiles out so that both GPUs get used.  On games that that hasn't happened for yet, it falls back to using a single of the GPUs and will trail the TitanX by quite a bit.

Lately AMDs driver team has been pretty good with getting profiles  out, but with a new GPU coming out in a couple weeks, support for the older stuff will start to slow down a bit.

Obviously I own the 295X2, and am happily getting higher FPS on the games I play with it.  But I also know that in the next 6-9 months I will be getting a new card, since this one is finally getting close to being caught up to in the realm of a single card in the system.

At this point if you are not on 1600p or higher monitor setup, the titan X will be the better choice. 1600p and 4k, the 295x2 generally does quite a bit better.

Am I able to plug this into my existing cooling system (not use the fan it comes with), or would I need to buy a different block for the card?

I would buy an additional block .. it would be more if a hassle to just install into you preexisting loop .. reason is the blocks for the card are hybrid pump block combos and small fittings .. which would take some time to reconfigure  .. but make sure you use a backplate the one used on the card is the best for it .. I used ek for both block and backplate and it stays very cool

There is a review of a 295x2 on tomshardware that may answer your questions.   A single 295x2 looks slightly better than a crossfire 290x setup.
