Question 1

Would this be capable of driving two free standing performance computers? I have a 1000W psu to power my computer with a i6700k and an nvidia 970 and hoping to upgrade to a 1070/1080. As well a second computer using and AMD viscera 4.0ghz core and a nvidia 970 as well? I would hope to run the two computers on the ups as well as the monitors and speakers too. But i could streamline the extra equipment if need be.

This 1050W UPS may run your two systems, but probably not reliably if you have monitors and other peripherals connected too.  Even if it does run them you will be at its power limit and battery run time will be at a minimum.  
Suggest you get two of these UPS units to have good margins for power and battery time.  That's what I have done and all is working very well for two hi-performance workstations.
You can use an inexpensive AC wattmeter/power-meter ($20) to check how much power your systems are actually drawing and the variation.  Then you can choose UPS with better confidence.  True power consumption is good to know for cooling and wall plug/power/breaker considerations also.  Most wall outlets are on 20A breakers and will only deliver about 1600W safely.

is this a true sinewave ups?

I don't know because i never put an oscilloscope to it. Speculation on my part says it may not be a true analog sine wave BUT the sampling they do to create the 60 HZ power output may be for all practical purposes very very close to one. Again, i don't know either way and am only speculating here.
I have several of this unit or its predecessor. No issues what so ever with them.
There are an excellent unit and work well for up to 30 - 45 minutes of battery backup power to run a PC system at 50% UPS nominal load. That translates to a above average PC and regular (1920X1080) monitor.
This unit great home option but the USB interface connecting to Cyberpower PowerPanel is not as good as with the PR1500LCD 1500VA model with the RMCARD202 expansion card. Same model you show here but with an expansion port that can connect to network. That combination costs a lot more but has a lot more capability to monitor and tell you what is going on.
