If the unit weighs in at 59 lbs. How are the little rack mount braces pictured supposed to support it?

If they can't support it, are their rails available to pick up the slack?

I have rack bolted to the floor and it is mounted securely using all 4 screws without a problem. (I have 3 of these in 3 different racks)  
You will need two people to install it and I would suggest putting it at the bottom of the rack, which is what I do on most installs.
If are concerned with your rack supporting it, it does come with floor stands so you can put it up on end next to the rack.

Would this work on my 15 amp circuit? with a NEMA 5-15/20R to the NEMA 5-15P standard plug converter?

This particular model is a 20 Amp and should be used on a 20 Amp circuit. There is a version that will operate on a 15 Amp circuit (OR1500PFCRT2U or OR1500PFCLCD). If you need 2000VA you will need to use a 20 Amp circuit. I hope this helps.

Can I connect more than one of these units to a computer at the same time via USB and control/monitor them independently via the management software?

I doubt you can hook up the USB that way. However, I assume these machines are on the same network, it is possible for one machine advising the other of an issue (push notification).

Is this the OR2200PFCRT2Ua (a model) or OR2200PFCRT2U? Big difference in wattage and runtime.

It's the non-a.  It requires a 20 AMP input versus the a-model requiring a 30 AMP input.

No.  A 20 AMP circuit is sufficient.  The plug type is NEMA 5-20P.
