Great Budget Processor
Pros: Awesome performance and low temperatures even under load. This processor is a beast and has handled everything I can throw at it. Definitely a HUGE upgrade from my old Pentium E6700. Handles the CPU-intensive Planetside 2 very well along with multitasking and video editing.
Cons: None to speak of.
Overall Review: Make sure that if you are going to buy this CPU that you have a dedicated graphics card. It even says on the box that the CPU has no integrated graphics. I only bought this one because I already have a dedicated graphics card, but I figure it would be nice to point out to other buyers.
It was nice for 3 months
Pros: Backpack has an awesome design. Lots of nifty compartments and pockets where I can store all my college books and supplies, plus my laptop.
Cons: After 3 months the straps started to come apart. Granted, I only paid $25 during Newegg's holiday sale, but seeing it's $40 now, I would have to warn someone to NOT buy this backpack at any price.
Overall Review: Other than the straps starting to come apart, the rest of the backpack is solid, but, you know, the straps are kind of important. O_o
Awesome, Reliable RAM
Pros: Looks good. Runs good. All good.
Overall Review: Bought these to replace a 32GB set of G.Skill Trident Z RGB RAM that arrived with one stick DOA. I've used Team before and they have always proven stellar, more budget conscious options that tend to fly under peoples' radar. Don't mind not having RGB? Then get yourself a pair because it's worth it.
One Stick DOA = Bad First Impression
Pros: They looked pretty... Customer service was good.
Cons: One of the 2 sticks arrived DOA. That's very disappointing considering they are more expensive and slower than other RAM manufacturers.
Overall Review: G.Skill did send a replacement kit, but I sold those mf'ers the second they entered my hands and bought a cheaper, faster, and more reliable kit of 32GB Team Memory instead (have used them before no issues). This was my first time purchasing G.Skill RAM and it definitely left a bad first impression. I plan on avoiding G.Skill's sketchy QC in the future.
Awesome Cooler, Clunky Maintenance
Pros: Keeps my 9900K around 35 degrees idle with a constant 4.7GHz clock on all cores. Never gone above 80 when stressed for an extensive period. Looks sleek. Fans are quiet. Install was fairly simple...
Cons: ...BUT if you ever need to remove the cooler to either re-apply thermal paste/change ram/literally do anything near the CPU in your case, you will not have a fun time. Trying to remove the fan clips is something I wouldn't even wish on my worst enemy. My fingers still hurt and the paint chips off very easy. Even on a full size ATX board, one of your RAM slots will still be blocked.
Overall Review: If you're looking for the absolute best air cooler, and these drawbacks don't affect you, then buy it. It's an absolute beast. It may concern some with the amount of weight you are putting on your motherboard, but it seems evenly braced. Thumbs up for the install and cool-ability, but big thumbs down from a maintenance perspective.
Reliable, Well Built Keyboard
Pros: Cherry MX keys are still working great after 3 years of heavy use; a testament to the build quality. Braided cable is nice. I appreciate the aluminum-ish build. It is sturdy and just weighty enough to where it doesn't slide around.
Cons: No backlighting of any kind.
Overall Review: I've grown to really love tenkeyless keyboards. This keyboard has been with me in several situations where saving space is crucial.
