Pros: The drive set up and formatted without issue.

Cons: After formatting the volume is 18.1TB, nowhere near 20. I understand that not all the memory on a drive is available for system reasons, but that's a rounding error double the size of my boot drive. 18TB is still plenty for my needs, though, so as long as it remains stable it gets four eggs.

Overall Review: I bought this on sale, so if I were buying again I would do a fresh price comparison. Overall the hard drive seems solid.

Pros: Now that the parts issues were resolved - which took months - it works great. At least the manufacturer gave me a partial refund for the trouble. Cobratype's customer service was responsive throughout. This is the only reason they're not getting an even lower rating.

Cons: This computer shipped with a bad GPU. The replacement GPU Cobratype sent out was also bad. So was the one they sent to replace that. Then I sent the entire box back to them for repair, and they returned it to me with an RTX 2070 in it rather than the RTX 2080 it was (at the time) advertised with, though I see that the product description has been changed since then. Additionally, the second GPU they sent clearly said on the packaging it was refurbished, even though the product description makes no mention of using refurb parts.

Overall Review: Know what you're getting into. Looking at the other reviews here (which I did before I bought the computer) I can only conclude that the build quality is spotty. They will take care of you if things go wrong, but they could very well go wrong.
