Seagate FireCuda Gaming SSHD 1TB SATA 6.0Gb/s 2.5" Notebooks / Laptops Internal Hard Drive ST1000LX015
Seagate FireCuda Gaming SSHD 1TB SATA 6.0Gb/s 2.5" Notebooks / Laptops Internal Hard Drive ST1000LX015

Pros: - Great price and very good warranty. - As fast as SSD's most of the time. - Hasn't caused system pauses/lock ups as more recent full MLC SSD's have for me in the past.

Cons: Runs like more recent MLC SSD's, but better at times, after cache is full the speed will drop down to its base 5400rpm hard drive or sub-hard drive performance while writing, but thats not remotely as bad as the performance drop in newer SSDs (see other thoughts). Only the SSD cached files or most recently used files load as fast as an SSD and a significant portion of the cache may be dedicated toward windows directory files with how it loads windows how it does but I can't be certain of that.

Overall Review: Most 100% MLC SSD's have a 30GB fast flash cache and drop to less than 80-90mb/s write if thats filled fast with data needed to be written, oftentimes the newer 100% SSD's wont have a buffer and will lock up/stutter windows when that 30gb cache is suddenly filled. This would be 8gb fast cache then drop to 100-120mb/s 5400rpm with a 128mb cache. So copying large amounts of data is as slow as a hard drive once SSD cache is full BUT its not as bad or as choppy as some of the newer budget SSD's when under heavy loads as the drive itself has its own cache. I have had alot of the newer 100% SSD's lock up due to caching issues they often have. This drive so far functions better than any MLC SSD i have used and has a much better warranty. Overall in the long run this performs better than most 100% SSD's and will likely last longer and with a 5 year warranty its hard to not consider this a great drive.

ZyXEL PLA5206KIT HomePlug AV2 AV1000 Powerline Gigabit Ethernet Adapter, Up to 1000 Mbps
ZyXEL PLA5206KIT HomePlug AV2 AV1000 Powerline Gigabit Ethernet Adapter, Up to 1000 Mbps

Pros: - Extremely easy to use, perfect plug and play. - Rapidly connects and detects other units. - Stayed stable in next room over for 2 weeks of testing. - May bring misleading advertising to heights never before seen by mankind! Wait thats a con....

Cons: As others may have said its really 100% is NOT 1gbps as far as speed goes, i even went through the extra effort of hand making an A/C toroidal RF filter and literally soldering the 2 devices together on said RF shielded supply to find out the absolute maximum performance this can remotely possibly give... and at 1 inch apart they topped out at around 240mbps (around 30MB/s). And a 2 week test by approximately 20 feet direct to wall connection (no power strips/surge protectors) to PC in side by side bedroom on same circuit breaker. End Result: Average transferred max rate of 6.4-7MB/s (51.2-56mbps). Link light was green ON ALL TESTS (supposedly means greater than 80mbps connection).

Overall Review: It seems apparent the manufacturer thinks its okay to say that its '1gbps' just because that's the connection type the device says it is to windows even though they KNOW its not possible to transfer at that rate through these devices, naturally the chip internally must say that it is 1gbps cause it is actually a 1gbps chip, but due to the nature of the devices in a real world environment its virtually impossible it could ever even reach 100mbps let alone 1000. Considering mine were directly attached to each other its safe to assume that it would take nothing less than a miracle to even get these devices to perform up to 100mbps in a real world situation, it did however keep a stable 50mbps room to room but its worth noting that itll be likely worse than that even from an upper floor to a lower floor which i was unable to test. On a side note its not just this manufacturer apparently all brands of these powerline based adapters arent matching to the listed speeds. Extra Test** Through power strips/surge protectors to PC in same side by side bedroom on same circuit breaker.** Result: Transferred max rate of 3.5-4.5MB/s (28-36) **Notes: Link light was also green, This extra test is not in cons since it warns of bad speeds if through any type of protection and naturally it would be worse through protection because any good power strip filters RF signals, which this device relies on. Considering it wont realistically get near 10% of its listed rate there's just no way i could suggest buying this, if they really cared about customers they'd explain its not going to get 1gbps and not sell it named like it'll achieve 1gbps, unfortunately its not false advertising since it says 'up to' but its definitely misleading on purpose. This is as bad as selling gold plated jewelry as 'contains 18-24k gold'.

Okay

Philips Norelco Multi Groomer All-in-One Trimmer Series 3000-13 Piece Mens Grooming Kit for Beard, Face, Nose, Ear Hair TriMG3750/60
Philips Norelco Multi Groomer All-in-One Trimmer Series 3000-13 Piece Mens Grooming Kit for Beard, Face, Nose, Ear Hair TriMG3750/60

Pros: Cuts relatively quick easy to use and long lasting battery. Excellent for fine cuts and or shaping beard/mustache or eyebrows.

Cons: - It grabbed beard and got caught, i am unsure if it actually pulled hairs out or cut me itself by pulling skin in 2 spots, considering it was first use and only 5 minutes of use, i wasn't expecting that to happen. - Doesn't cut as close as id like for its finest setting, but that's probably good considering the above would've been worse.

Overall Review: Good for travel but not really recommended for any amount of professional grooming. The battery should be good enough that you should not need the charger on most trips. However due to my experience so far. I wouldn't recommend it for significant hair use or anything you want to look well done.

Excellent

Corsair MP600 PRO LPX M.2 2280 1TB PCI-Express 4.0 x4, NVMe 1.4 3D Internal Solid State Drive Up to 7100 MB/sec (SSD) CSSD-F1000GBMP600PLP, Optimized for PS5
Corsair MP600 PRO LPX M.2 2280 1TB PCI-Express 4.0 x4, NVMe 1.4 3D Internal Solid State Drive Up to 7100 MB/sec (SSD) CSSD-F1000GBMP600PLP, Optimized for PS5

Pros: Meets max performance possible given PCIe 4.0 x4 standard Used for several weeks with no issues, usually id have some file errors since i use SSD's for fast read writes on bulk image processing with neural networks. Excellent all around performance considering the amount of cache thrashing my computer does.

Cons: none, it meets all expectations

Overall Review: Its definitely good so far and hopefully lasts long, its excellent deal for the price as well.

Works great!

CORSAIR Vengeance RGB RT 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) AMD Optimized Desktop Memory Model CMN32GX4M2Z3200C16

Pros: Lifetime warranty It has been testing stable even at clocks of the higher tier ram versions. Pretty if one has a clear case and likes customization colors.

Cons: Nearly 50 dollars for under 3$ worth of LEDs In my opinion different versions (speeds) of the ram leads to questions of long term reliability**

Overall Review: All cons pretty much irrelevant though as long as the lifetime warranty isnt complicated. Had personal issues installing due to space limitations in the setup used to test slightly taller ram made it harder to get to the latches. **Usually when theres varying speeds of same product that means the product has been subject to product binning (all electronics generally are), when products don't reach the other speeds stable, companies sell them at a lower speed that they test run stable at, usually this is obvious when different speeds of a component are released at same/similar times of same models.

Almost Perfect

CORSAIR RM Series RM650 CP-9020194-NA 650 W ATX12V SLI Ready 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Full Modular Power Supply
CORSAIR RM Series RM650 CP-9020194-NA 650 W ATX12V SLI Ready 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Full Modular Power Supply

Pros: - Ten year warranty - Corsair has a great reliability history with power supplies - Strong 12v rail focus for amp draw so gfx gets most of the amps (It focuses on graphics draw so you shouldn't have graphics power draw issues with any single card) - Voltage manages to stay stable even when suddenly connecting high power loads (ex: a game starting etc).

Cons: The zero rpm fan mode. I'm sure alot of older people have experienced what happens at times when you leave your desktop off for a period of time. Sometimes when the fans go off dust/worn oil can make them just refuse to start up again. with them on/off all the time, i doubt even in the cleanest of houses the fans will last ten years. For me these newer 'ribbon' like cables are a bit 'eh' but that's cause i mod things, its better than plain or mesh covered or basically any normal consumer. But i prefer colored cause i often splice into cables to power additional custom peripherals and it makes it more of a hassle to identify ground/+5/+12.

Overall Review: Hard not to find these great to buy, the ten year warranty sells it itself. Really not a fan of the potential fan issue from experience powering things on off more causes alot more electrical wear. And in this case for no valid reason (these are normally quiet to me even at full speed) A good example is think how many lightbulbs are fine till turned off on often, all i know is i'm gonna disassemble it and connect the +12v to the positive fan wire since id rather pull more warm air out of my case 24/7.
