Pros: We were in the market for an interface/mixer that would give us more XLR channels without the expense of a hybrid mixing board. This Behringer XR18 is going to be great for that. The fact that I can route everything into my DAW with it and control the mixing there is no problem. Plus, being a networked stage box, it can double for in the field work, no problem. Not sure about the wifi, but I don't plan to use it that way.

Cons: As for one downside, though, I wish that Behringer had made the USB option to control the XR18 a bit more plug-and-play. There is a bit of setup to get it to talk to the computer so that you can see the channels in the DAW.
