I think the power strip that I'm using is pretty weak. Would this be able to support a 32 inch TV, PS3 and a 650W PS without a problem?

It should be able to handle that load just fine. I have two of these power strips. One runs a 650W PS, a 90W PS, and two computer monitors. The other runs a 42" TV, cable box, XBox 360, Wii, Blueray player, and Mac mini. Both are doing great.

Honestly though, if you are having issues with power fluctuating from too many things plugged in, it may be an issue with the wall outlet itself.
