Are these good case fans or should I only use them for a 240mm radiator? How loud do they really get?

I think they're pretty quiet. I have 2x 200mm case fans that are noticeably louder than the high performance/high static-pressure fans. As for using them just as case fans: I'm sure you could, but I personally would rather use LED fans for show.

Do these come with Radiator mounting screws or standard case fan screws?

I believe they came with case fan screws, radiator screws usually come with your radiator, as they can be different form radiator to radiator, I used these with an H80i as I wanted to change out the fans which come with the H80i because I dislike the grey blades on the H80i package. They worked great are very quiet. Make sure you buy the correct plug for your application.

If you buy a Corsair H80i or H-series closed loop water cooler they will usually include the screws with the cooler. Other brands I cannot speak for.

Question 3

Can these fan be controlled by Corsair Link on H100i just like the stock ones that comes with H100i or they are FIXED RPM?

I believe so. 
These fans were installed in a Corsair Obsidian 550D Quiet case, and they're managed through the Corsair & software application loaded on an ASUS Z87 Dual/Deluxe MOBO driven with a Corsair AX1200i PSU fan controller. If you use a liquid CPU cooler system, the fan setup was a little unusual, as the rpm indications for the CPU pump are, well, unusual. But the whole system is very, very quiet, even under heavy loads.

I was just wondering if the Colored ring can mount on either side or just the one side?

Negative.  The colored ring only fits on the one side, which is the exhaust side of the fan.

Can these fans be use for exhaust or air flow for my case not using them for my cpu cooler?

I am using three of these fans to exhaust air from a modified kitchen cabinet in our home's kitchen.  The cabinet has two 4 core towers, each with multiple HDDs.  Also in the cabinet are two Cyberpower 1350AVR backup PowerSupplys and other devices. Since one of the PCs runs all the time it is important that the fans run all the time.  It is important that everything is quiet so I chose fans that are reliable and quiet.  Incidentally, all computer related equipment in our home is Newegg.

How well do these under volt?  I'd like to have the flexibility of running them high or running them as quiet as the quiet edition.

There can sometimes be a bit of a whine from the motors when undervolting with a fan controller.  Most people are able to fix the problem by simply turning the control a hair in either direction because the problem tends to be limited to specific voltages.

Question 7

Is this fan for cooling my laptop?  Even though I have the HP CoolSense on, mine gets very hot on left top.  Would these fans solve this problem?

Not really. Your laptop has internal heatsinks and also possibly a few small fans in it. If it is hot then I would open it up if possible and see if dust is blocking air intake into the fans.

would these perform better in a push/pull config on a hyper 212 evo than just the stock fan?

I believe that they would perform well. I run these on a water cooled rig and am satisfied. Not as loud as most lead you to believe. The fans' speed are adjustable too and that helps with noise/performance ratio.

These are high end water cooler radiator fans. The purpose of this type of high static pressure fan is to force air thru a radiator which have much higher resistance to airflow than a computer case.
They can be moderately noisy at max RPM.  The decibels are listed under the specifications tab. Do your research as to what a decibel means.
I have used them for extreme overclocking in a stacked pull only array of 3 pairs on a 240 MM radiator for a Intel 3970X processor overclocked to 5.0 GHZ.
