Are AM4 coolers compatible with these CPUs?

If the cooler doesn't use a custom back-plate, it should work with AM5. If it does use a custom back-plate, it likely won't be compatible as the back-plate on AM5 has 4 screws directly connected to the socket retention mechanism, securing it to the motherboard.

Why is the memory being included this promo DD4 memory 16GB? I thought it can only be used with dd5 memory?

Yes. The Newegg Combo has the same problems. They recommend a XMP DDR5 with AMD combo instead of a EXPO one. That is crazy that I have to return that one and get another EXPO standard DDR5 again. That is not normal and braindead.

i switched to intel back around 2013, but now find myself wanting to try amd again. My biggest question does it have integrated graphics?

Yes it does, but all the motherboard BIOS's are prototype-level so I'd wait at least 6 months. All the manufacturers are rushing out Beta version BIOS which previous to AM5 release was unheard of. I've been in IT for 20 years. Got mine working, only worked with the ASRock Riptide Micro ATX Board, I tried ASUS TUF and a X670 AORUS no-go.
