Pros: dual 140mm fans nicely arranged (airflow effectively delivered to sides of the laptop, not only center). Larger fans generally means less noise and at max speed this thing is fairly quiet - about same as sound of laptop in question.
Cons: Is not a miracle solution, just a laptop cooler more efficient then most others.
Overall Review: Bought this for my mom since her HP laptop keeps overheating (typical of HP trash) and the cheap laptop cooler she had (with single 60mm? fan) was loud and inefficient. This one didn't solve the heat issue completely, but temperature seemed to have dropped decently (like 10C or so?). Also much quieter. I saw in other reviews that these can get loud after a while, but so far that didn't happen.
Pros: VGA, DVI, HDMI Better image compared to 3-years old 23.5" acer monitor. Good gaming/general purpose monitors
Cons: Bought two for dual setup (may get third later but dont have space on my desk for it atm) - however for some reason when put side by side one of them is very slightly tilted due to relatively cheap plastic stand. So the edges of the monitors are not perfectly aligned.
Overall Review: Bought two for dual setup to replace my old single 23.5" acer monitor. Colors seem nicer. Interesting note is that when using one monitor with DVI input and another with HDMI the HDMI picture looks slightly cool-colored, but when both are plugged into DVI ports on graphics card (GTX 760Ti) they are identical...
Pros: Corsair - these guys know how to make good, reliable hardware. Modular - trust me, this is important.
Cons: Not free?
Overall Review: Perfect for reliable budget/low power general purpose builds. In fact considering that there are now high performance low power graffics cards (nVidia GTX750ti - 60W) and CPUs, you could build a decent budget gaming system with this. Bought this one after previous power supply in PC that I built for my dad some time ago died. No problems so far. Used bunch of other corsair products (RAM, liquid CPU cooler, PSUs, ...) - had no problems with any of them yet except that single power supply that died.
Pros: Office 2010 - best there ever was so far. Use it at work, now also have it at home. 3pack - best deal you'll find (well unless you run across some nice sale).
Cons: No Outlook.
Overall Review: Better then free ones like OpenOffice. And those are better then 2013.
Pros: Light. Fast. Only 1 connector (no external power supply)
Cons: not free?
Overall Review: I bought this since I was annoyed with my old iOmega 1Tb drive - that one is large, about 4 times heavier, needs an external power supply.. Was decent when i got it few years back at good sale, but technology moves forward. This one is about 2 times smaller and much lighter too. Also as I wrote same ~300Gb folder to both drives side-by-side this new one was done about 3 times faster.
