Pros: easy to install , upgraded from an Evga 780 FTW , quite a difference in FPS , Rainbow 6 Siege went from 55-65 to 95-105 , this is one of the cards that had to go back to EVGA for the thermal pads / BIOS update and that makes it a "refurbished" . that's great , brand new and updated for this price. ( all you have to do is check with Evga using the card serial # ) With my son`s 1070 in January I had to order the thermal pads to install myself and update the BIOS to .72 version ( was not a big deal at all ) and paid $395 for that card considered brand new.

Pros: very easy to install , temperature was 73c while gaming , now its 63c , 10 degree difference , Idle temps went down too , from 52c to 44c
