Can this be used with a non-Dell ATX or Micro-ATX motherboard?

The problem is the cabling coming out of the power supply are so short. I had to get two different extension cable to make it work in an old, non-Dell computer. It seems it was made to fit a specific Dell. You'd be better off buying something with standard-length cabling.
