NOTE:
- To ensure that you can use the product perfectly, be sure to connect the host computer with an HDMI cable and a USB-B cable. (This KVM switch does not include an HDMI cable, please purchase it yourself).
- If it cannot be displayed: It may be that the notebook selects the first screen display. The solution is to hold down the laptop win key + p to display screen mirroring mode. Select Copy or Expand.
- Not Work: It may be that the driver of the notebook needs to be upgraded. The solution is to upgrade the driver.
- If the mouse and keyboard cannot be used or do not display, it is necessary to connect to an external power supply device for power supply.
- This HDMI KVM switch 4 port only supports keyboard USB Drive/Printer with USB 2.0 and mouse, another device can't be recognized, such as U disk USB 3.0, etc.
- In order to reach the best performance and support the 1080p above or 4k resolution of the monitor please use HDMI1.4 cable.
