The color ink doesn't work?
The problem is the print head of color ink is blocked, please try press the print head of color ink on a paper towel until you see 3 colors working.
If got error message" the printer is unable to communicate with the cartirdge", how to deal it?
It may the chip of ink cartridge get dirty when installing into the printer,it causes the ink cartridge doesn't communicate with printer.
Please try to use the alcohol cloth or rubber to wipe the chip of ink cartridge.
