Double Data Rate 3(DDR3) SDRAM memory is a product built upon the foundation of the older DDR2 memory technology. DDR3 SDRAM memory has a higher performance at lower power requirement. DDR3 memory supports bus speeds from 400MHz to 1066MHz.
