Just pour in a decanter of water and it starts brewing immediately. It can brew up to 3.8 gallons of coffee in an hour, to keep pace with your busy time.
3 warmers are separately controlled, so that you use only what you need to use for the level of your business at the time. For example, you would have a decanter of coffee on all three warmers for breakfast, but only one for lunch and possibly two for dinner. The black SplashGard funnel de?ects hot liquids away from the hand when you try to hurry.
