Pros: Cleans methodically and well. Picks up dog hear great and it does not get stuck.

Cons: Well, if you want to spend hours on phone with tech support and end up paying for shipping for warranty - pick this vacuum cleaner. I have two. The second one was replaced and the replacement died a couple of weeks ago. Now the first one is starting to die too, after, I must admit, a year of faithful and trouble-free service.

Overall Review: Love the concept, but their hardware sucks on so many levels. Just read the forums before trying to buy this.

Overall Review: Worked fine for a while (about 2-3 months) then stopped and now cannot be nor recognized nor formatted. Neither in a camera, nor in windows.

Pros: Nice enclosure with good ventilation and dissipates heat well

Cons: awful cable which disconnect on slightest movement of the laptop

Overall Review: I wish they had a better cable. Don't buy, unless you're going to glue in the HDD to the computer and never move both.
