AXR9 270 WOW!!!
Pros: A Heck of a lot faster than my old XFX HD4850. ENB enabled Skyrim never looked so fluid and awesome looking. My frame rates literally doubled when I switched from High to Ultra settings at 1680x1090.
Cons: Not an X version.
Overall Review: Needed new video card after upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 8.1. Windows 8.1 uses WDDM drivers for that ancient HD4850. And with Windows 7 I couldn't use past 12.6 AMD catalyst. So.... $145 later. I am now enjoying gaming like I have never seen before with the R9 270. Wish my power supply would of handled an R9 270X.
Pros: Quiet, cheap and fast. What more can you ask for.
Cons: They didn't mix up my order and send me a Blue Ray Burner instead.
Overall Review: Half the weight of my previous Samsung DVD RW.
Good Drive
Pros: It's a single platter hard drive.
Cons: none
Very nice
Pros: Smaller than a full size tower but roomy enough to handle just about anything you want to put in it. Cable management is a plus with this thing. Unless you are like me and the 4 pin cpu power connector beside the processor. And that power wire isn't long enough to reach from the bottom of the case to the top of the motherboard from behind the motherboard tray. Luckily there is a notch in the front of the video card where I can run it under neath video card so it is still out of the way. Comes pre installed with 2 x 120mm fans.
Cons: Needs to be painted on inside like the HAF 912 Advance. Another 5.25" drive bay locking tab would be nice for dual DVD/Blueray drives. Comes pre installed with 2 x 120mm low flow fans.
Overall Review: Went from Enermax Uber Chakra Full tower and dropped temps from 36°c down to 31°c. The extra fans that this is able to hold helps cooling down quite a bit. If you are looking for a cheap case, but well built. Don't hesitate on getting this one. It's a steal at the price.
Quiet.
Pros: 80cfm and quiet. I hear my Thermaltake Frio over 6 of these things. Long wire leads.
Cons: They need to include 3pin to 4pin Molex adapter. I knew this before I purchased though. I had to scrounge through my parts tubs to locate enough to wire them all into the case.
Overall Review: Would of received a 5 egg rating if it had the adapter included.
Keeps it cool.
Pros: Keeps my 955 OC'd to 4Ghz at a cool 36°c at stock voltage.
Cons: A little large so may not fit in cases narrower than 8.1 inches. Hangs over the 1st memory slot so taller memory may not fit unless you run it with only 1 fan instead of 2.
Overall Review: This thing rocks. Beats my old Thermaltake Max Orb.
