Pros: working great - EZ to install and Clone - New egg is great and very good price I HAVE ALMOST NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED WITH MY PURCHASES FROM Newegg.

Cons: Now all of my grand kids are wanting Papa to up grade their computers for their Birthday gifts WOW a lot of work ahead.

Pros: the program was said that I installed and I had. two days later i received it IN MY EMAIL I TRYED TO INSTALL IT BUT IT SAID I HAD ALREADY INSTALLED IT. I HAD TO CONTACT MICROSOFT ABOUT 3 TIMES THEN THEY AT LAST HAD ME REINSTALLE THE MICROSOFT 365 PROGRAM. and then it worked. I am 81 and wanted the disk instead of downloading and i ask for the disk so i could put it in my optical reader to down load the program.... which was a big mix-up.... i have been ordering from newegg for many years and now it seems like all i have is trouble with orders which makes me think i should order from other places.

Cons: after i worked out all of my problems i may be able to use it but i have not as of now?

the picture in the advertised did not explain how long and what it fit, before i ordered RAM FOR A LAPTOP I HAVE. IT WAS THE WRONG SIZE - BY THE TIME I SENT IT BACK with the restocking fee and shipping which is not semple to do - I spent more than I would have gotten back... then there was the trouble for an old man that has had a stroke.
