Does this PC case come with a fan hub, or would I have to buy a separate one? My motherboard only has 2 fan slots.

There is a header for the case fans on a circuit board inside the case, at top right front.  This drives the 3 case fans and allows a button on the top of the case to control the RGB LED's in the fans (or turn them off).  I don't know if this is the same as a "fan hub".  Note that the included case fans are DC, not PWM.
