does it come with a gromet mount?

There are two ways to install it. You could clamp it to the border of the table or desk you will use. The other way is to drill the required holes and fix them on the desk or table for a better hold. I clamp it myself, and it holds a 34" LG Curved monitor without any problems. It's a strong arm.

Will this arm actually work with a 49 inch television as long as the weight is below the specs? I know I would need to get a VESA adapter.
