Question 1

Does this case take an ATX power supply or microATX power supply? Micro-ATX cases seem to be all over the place in this regard.

Accepted Answer

The short answer is that the case accepts regular ATX power supplies. The long answer is that "standard ATX" cases can be a lot of different lengths, and because this is a smallish case if you are installing an optical drive in the 5.25" slot an unusually long PSU won't fit neatly in. I'm using a Corsar PSU that's about 5.5" long, and there's plenty of room, but I've heard stories where people have a PSU over 7" and its a hassle to install hardware.

What is the PSU form factor?

Standard ATX. Overly long PSU units will block 51/4 drive bays to some extent but, as you likely know, this is not much of an issue today. This is a compact case which is often a real advantage. Has great airflow too.

Question 3

what is the actual depth of this case? completely assembled.  There are two measurements, with and without the bezel but the picture says it's only 13.78"  the description says 13.78" (bezel not included) 15.26" with bezel.  Of course you are going to have the bezel on it so can somebody measure theirs, front to back for me please?

The 15.26" dimension is accurate. However, the total dimension from the front of the bezel to the thumbscrews on the back is 15.5"

Does this case come with standoffs (I'm a noob) and would a msi radeon 7770 gpu fit in this?

Yes it does come with standoff's and a 7770 should fit no problem

Will this fit a r9 270X?

Accepted Answer

It will fit however the metal back plane of this particular tower is not very sturdy.  The screw is a able to keep the GPU's connector side in place but not the back end causing it to hang of the pci-e slot.  I had to use a long plastic standoff (actually its the plastic cover used on the GPU's PCI-e connector) to hold up the back end so it won't put to much stress on the Mobo. My GPU is a 6670HD radeon from Gigabyte and length wise it appears to be shorter than the r9 270x. I'm guessing by looking at those fans it's a hefty one. Hopefully you got a good mobo.

I see the rear fan can fit 2 sizes of fans. Is that a 80/92mm on the back?

Yes, 80/92mm.

NOTE:  This case gets good airflow for how small it is.

I do suggest picking up an after market CPU cooler because you can get a great one for just $20:  search Cooler Master Hyper TX3.

I don't personally care about looks for the most part but the case actually looks really nice for how cheap it is.

Question 7

Will a usb 3.0 motherboard fit on this case and would the usb 2.0 items work on the mother board?

A micro ATX motherboard will fit into the case, regardless if it has USB 3 or 2.

For the front panel USB ports on the case, they're the USB 2.0 type and the connections to motherboard are for USB 2.0 headers, which most likely are also available on motherboards supporting USB 3.

Does it include lights as shown?

Yes it does.  The 120mm front fan has a blue LED and it looks sharp when the computer is operating.  Rear Fan does not illuminate since it does not have an LED but that is okay by me.

Is cable management difficult in this case?

Accepted Answer

In general the case is well built, with plenty of easy access. The finish seems decent, with 2 fans that provide good airflow, and are reasonably quiet.
It comes with all the misc. bits pieces needed to mount components. 
However it is a budget unit, so there is nothing really outstanding about it, that will make it a showpiece.

As to cable management: that is so dependent on what kind of mobo, powersupply, peripherals that are used that is hard to advise someone.

I had no problems with the cables, except for having to purchase a longer SATA cable, to be able to reach the dvd drive I put in the first top bay. Everything else reached just fine, however there is know way or provision to rout cables to meet ascetics taste, so the interior does not look as clean and tidy, as some of the more expensive rigs can look.

I was more concerned for function that form so  looks were not important to me.

If you need something where everything is tucked neatly away some where, this is not the case for you.

If you just want something that works, is easy to get in and out of, durable for years of use, and inexpensive. This example would work just fine.
