all case fans have molex connector ??

No, they don't. They have 3-pin connectors (whether 12v or 5v, I'm still trying to figure out). You can still get molex to 3-pin converters, I just bought two from here last week. The tiny board that is supposed to control the RGB fans requires a SATA L-shaped power connector, but I can't tell which way it's supposed to go, because the L-bend isn't on the fan controller board, only the straight part. Even guessing, the fans didn't run, so I gave up on the controller board (I'm not a fan of lighted fans anyway), and I'm plugging them directly into the power supply with the converter cables I just mentioned. The case isn't quite a full tower case, either (3 inches shorter than my HAF X older case), so buyer beware. I'm having to workaround a lot of stuff just to have a front-facing internal Blu-Ray drive. There are very few cases with non-movable (read: stable) external drive bays, so make sure to do your full research. I didn't know there were differing 3-pin power levels, so I should have done more research before buying.
