Works well but sometimes the second monitor does not come on.

Pros: Works well but sometimes the second monitor does not come on. After a shutdown, restart with it disconnected and then reconnect the dock to the Mac it will find the second monitor. Once everything is online it works great without any issues.
Overall Review: Yes I would recommend it.

Apple OEM Original Lightning USB Charge and Data Sync Cable MD818ZMA - 4 Pack
Pros: The cables work great. They feel exactly like the Apple cable that came with my phone. I purchased another brand and it was very tight going plugging into my phone. These don't have that issue at all.
Cons: No problems.
Overall Review: Ordered four more.
