Ideal replacements for lost broken or otherwise damaged covers these white plastic covers fit all Tripp Lite hospital-grade power strips with mounted duplex locking covers including PS-415-HGULTRA PS-615-HGOEM and other compatible NEMA 5-15R-HG and NEMA 5-20R-HG healthcare power strips. The covers are original OEM replacement parts which retain their agency rating.
