Can you wear this headset while it is charging?

yes you can, and the provided usb cable that comes with it is usually long enough unless you tend to lean or lay backwards in your chair, then it might not. BUT YES you can use it while it is charging.

If the battery is super low and starts beeping AND THEN you plug it in, it tends to keep beeping as the charge level goes up and down right at that warning level. atleast for me it does. I just plug it in to charge when i take breaks or when im done for the night and then i don't worry about it.

Does the wireless Dolby one use bluetooth to connect? Cause my desktop doesn't have a bluetooth .

The headset itself is Bluetooth. The good thing about this though is that, it comes with a USB Bluetooth connector that just gets plugged into your Pc, downloads the software needed and then you turn the headphones on to connect it to your Pc. Of course you would need to switch your sound to the headphones in your Sounds Settings.

How comfortable is the headset, i want a super comfortable headset that also gives great sound and great quality voice?

The headset is very comfortable. The sound and voice is also a great thing about this headset. The sound comes in nice and clear, and the voice comes in clear as well. With this headset I noticed that the sound and voice came in a little bit more clearer than my old headset, so maybe it will be the same for you. I highly recommend this headset for anyone that's tired of their wired headphones breaking because of the wire, and or someone that's just looking for better headsets itself. I was very satisfied when I was using them.

Are these headphones great for music? Like as good as a nice pair of Senheisers?

I think the Sennheiser will always be inherently better at listening to music, however these are not that bad for listening to music/podcasts. I chew through several podcasts a day while writing SQL and Hadoop scripts/queries/databases. 
But I think the Sennheisers are more expensive, not wireless and do not have a built in microphone.

how's the bass?

For a wireless set up. The bass is pretty good. I mean you won't get senheisser or beats by Dre quality bass. But for gaming essentially with EQs its good. Another plus is that it's light weight. Not has heavy and bulky as the A40s

Will this work on Mac as a standard headset/microphone unit? I understand the CUE software is Windows only.

I see no reason it shouldn't work for mac. I mean it has software. but its not that serious.
