Do the LEDs change colors?

no the LEDs do not change they are always red. however you can dim them to make them not so bright or bright

This keyboard says it is a mechanical keyboard on Cooler Master's website but in the description on newegg it say it isn't. Is it Mechanical or not?

It is definitely a mechanical keyboard. If you click on the specs tab on the Newegg page, it should say it's a mechanical keyboard and will indicate the switch type (Red, blue, etc) below it. There is a QuickFire TK version for each switch type so be careful which one you chose. They won't let me include a link but Google "cherry red switches" and the first result should give a good primer on the difference between the color switches. I got the MX Red as my primary use was gaming and I am very happy with it. Good luck!

What are the dimensions?

It doesn't say on the box, but it's approximately 38cm long by 14cm wide (~15"x5.5") - definitely smaller than most keyboards I've seen because it integrates the arrow and home keys into the num pad

Are the keys fast and short or does it have a deep stroke? I'm using an old mechanical keyboard that reminds me of a mechanical type writer. Sometimes I can't get an immediate response.

I've been using this keyboard for a year and in my opinion I think it has a very fast response. So far, it is still working very well for me and it lasts really good. I can say this keyboard so far has cause zero problem to me ever since I bought it. I recommend buying this keyboard if u r a gamer because is a very good gaming keyboard imo! Hope this helps

Is there an option for a white backlight with Cherry MX Red Switches?

No, this particular keyboard only has red lights, although it does have brightness settings and a few different modes. I do believe that there is a white light version of this keyboard though.

How to activate the LED's?

You hold the FN key down for a few seconds until it's lit. Then you use the F1-4 keys to change the lighting options.

Does this keyboard use Kailh switches?

No it uses Cherry, which is the most reputable mechanical switch manufacturer.
