Stay away! Find something else!
Pros: Visually appealing. Lots of front-side ports. Comes with light-up chassis fan. Power supply on the bottom of the device. Reset & Power buttons at safe distance to prevent users from blindly hitting reset instead of power-down.
Cons: No manual, just a sheet with somewhat helpful instructions. No slots intended for 3.5" drives. Has room for three 5" devices, and indicates "tool free" but it doesn't indicate how to install without screws. Front-side pop-outs are a pain. Indicates that it supports "cable management" but slots line up with where components are supposed to be installed (1 under power, one under motherboard, one under middle 5" slot) so only about 1/3 of the slots can actually be used for cable management. Only has space for two mid-size chassis fans with no space for addons. Lower hard drive slots require that screws be installed in with a tool LESS THAN 1.5" long because of the poor dimensions of the case.
Overall Review: This could have been a really good piece of hardware if the designers hadn't made half of the specs mutually exclusive (space for cable management, but not if you want to install a power supply, space for 3.5" drives, but not if you want to be able to screw them in) Very disappointed about this purchase
Not what you might expect
Pros: Potentially sturdy
Cons: Does not provide protection to drives. The expectation appears to be to open one of the doors (which is surprisingly difficult), slid the metal slid out the full about 1" (you can't slide it out all the way, put the drive it in, and then slide it back in like a caddy) put the bare drive in a slot, which is open on either side (the entire thing on the inside is open rather than having isolated slots for each drive), and then slide the drive in. Does not protect from anything, except for maybe dust (and even then, the hole in each slot, about the label, will potentially allow anything from dust to humidity to water to anything else you wouldn't want on your hard drive, into the case. I have no idea how this case is expected to protect your hard drives from anything.
Overall Review: For a "carrying" case that is supposed to be a "protection" box, it does not have a handle, it's not air tight, it doesn't cover your hard disks, open easily, facilitate disk swapping, or have any use other than, maybe, allow you to consolidate your anti-static-wrapped & bubble/Styrofoam-wrapped hard disks in a cheap, plastic box with metal slides that are likely to slice open your fingers when you have to reach into it to pull your hard drives out. Most frustrating $30 purchase I have ever made.
Looks great, but sounds terrible
Pros: Monitor looks amazing, with clear color and low temperature display.
Cons: About a month after using it, the monitor started to make a horrible, high-pitched, whirring noise when displaying lighter colors. It's subtle enough not to notice right away, but strong enough to give you a migraine
USB Dongle/Headset connection is far from ideal
Pros: Has a great sound and multi-channel output Mic is also great for anything from Camtasia or Starcraft ....if your headset can stay connected to the dongle for more than 10m at a time
Cons: Headset connection to dongle is absolutely terrible. NOT WORTH IT.
Overall Review: Bought this headset to replace my H760. H760 is ok, but it's not very durable, at all, and the mic sucks. So when I spent more than twice the amount of money, I thought it would be an awesome buy. I also thought that the connection between the USB dongle and the headset would at least be AS good as the H760. It's not. At least 3-5 times a day while using this headset, whether I am sitting less than 2 feet from the dongle or am 10 feet away across the room just listening to music or watching Hulu, the headset/dongle connection will just drop for no apparent reason. It doesn't warn you, it doesn't do anything except the sounds coming in from your lappy or desktop are interrupted for about 3-5 seconds. Even when the Logitech headset agent says I have 10 hours of battery life left, it doesn't seem to make a difference. This is not so bad if you are listening to music, but if you using this headset for voice input (recordings, voice calls, etc) it totally blows because the person on the other end just hears you cut out and you don't even know that you cut out until your hear them going "hello? are you still there?" I even went as far as to replace this item thinking "well, maybe just the one I have is not that great." Well, the second one had the same issues. Only reason this is not a 1 Star is because when the stupid thing DOES have a connection to your PC/Lappy, the sound is great and the mic is pretty awesome also. But that doesn't matter when the connection is as unreliable as with this one. If you are looking to drop $100 on a headset, don't drop it on this one.
Item does not match description - package sent to wrong address
The shipping label on my package didn't have all three digits of the suite number I provided which delayed the delivery of the package. Then when I got the item, the product did not fit the description listed by the seller.
