Pros: Easy to use, plug it in and boot. It's a bootable device so it makes for an easy fresh OS install on a new build. Comes on a USB, too, no need to worry about a CD drive.

Cons: Be careful when first installing and updating, Windows Update will attempt to install drivers for all your components, which may not be the best drivers for your setup (I'm still having Bluetooth problems because of this).

Overall Review: This is not an OEM version, so if you're looking to sell a build or were commissioned there's a cheaper one on newegg for you. If you're building a PC for personal this is the one for you, no need to worry about licensing and whatnot.
