Pros: If you already have a Kwikset lock already in place, this is a breeze to install. Actually, as long as you have the door already drilled this was a breeze to install. It comes with different size screws in case your door may be thicker. Installation went fine, I had some problems aligning it, I'm not sure why. I think I was distracted by other stuff going on in the house. It didn't sit flush against the door so I had to redo it. Programming it was even easier once everything was complete.

Cons: Huge con, once you put a battery in something without a plastic protector, you begin to drain it. This is exactly what happened when I attempted to use the FOB included in the box. Fortunately I have my iPhone which is the primary device I planned on using. I spent about five minutes going nuts with the FOB until I opened it up and went "oh, maybe the battery is just dead." I went out and got a new one and it fixed the trick. So I spent a few extra bucks than I should have, other than that it works fine now.
