Pros: - The glass side looks nice - Cable management cut-outs with rubber grommets were nice - Decent top IO options

Cons: - Shipped with missing top dust cover piece. Didn't realize this until nearly completed the build, making it hard to RMA. - MSI customer service absolutely useless. Contacted them about missing piece, they told me to contact their parts guy named Tom and closed my ticket as "solved". Tom hasn't replied to any emails. - The case design pulls in a ton of unfiltered air and dust. There are unshielded meshes in the back and front of the case. Additionally, the missing top dust cover allows dust and debris to fall into the PC through the huge gaps above.

Overall Review: This could have been a decent product if it didn't have a critical issue with intake air filtering and large gaps allowing dust, dirt, and debris to enter the PC. Quality control appears to also be a problem, as my case came with pieces missing. Customer support unable to remedy the issue. Hence, I do not recommend this product.
