How many fans are and can be installed to the compact? I'm New to pc building and i was going to get rgb fans for it.

Hi, the Meshify 2 Compact comes with 2x 140mm front fans and 1x 120mm rear fan. You can add an additional 2x 120mm or 140mm fans on the top, 1x 120mm fan on the bottom (if you remove HD bay). You can also change the 2x 140mm front fans to 3x 120mm fans if you like.

Will a Noctua NH-D15 be able to fit inside this case?

the simple answer is yes, it will fit. You will need to check for ram clearance, as any additional height on the front fan will cause the front fan to protrude past the clearance of the panel, causing the panel to not close properly

Bigger than my mid-tower case which isn't suppose to be small or anything. Why is it called "compact"?

There is a version called Fractal Design Meshify 2 which is a bit bigger than this one.

Can this case accommodate a Noctua cooler and multiple intake and exhaust fans?

The case supports CPU coolers with a maximum height of 169 mm and allows for multiple intake and exhaust fans, including up to 7x 120 mm or 4x 140 mm fans.

Why is the You Tube video showing the mid tower and NOT the Compact version? The Compact version DOES NOT have the extra hard drive wall towards the front, correct?

The Fractal Design Meshify 2 Compact does not have the extra hard drive wall towards the front.
