does this come with a psu?

Nope, and the space for is small so get a 650 or 700, I got a 850 and I had to jam inside damaging the psu and the case a bit and also the cables was really hard to work with, do a research on the side panel as well over all I like that is small but I can add that before I  bought I called CORSAIR asking  about things that fit and I can tell you that the VENAGENCE memory doesn't fit with their radiator I had to leave one fan out.

will this fit a full-size motherboard? the board im looking at is the ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING AM4 AMD B450 SATA 6Gb/s ATX AMD Motherboard if anyone can tell me for sure that would be great.

Yes. It will fit an ATX, Micro ATX, and Mini ATX motherboard. the airflow on this case is also exceptional. This is probably the most beautiful case out there because of it's color and 3 RGB fans. I adore this case.

Is there slots to install fans on the top of the case?

Yes you can add two more same size as the front ones.  120 just make sure the are compatible with Icue and you can't go wrong.

How quiet is this case? I'm shopping now and someone suggested a Phanteks case because of its noise reduction capability.

The noise depends on the fans you have.  I have it right next to my main monitor, with the stock AMD fan and a 2070 super and the sound is negligible.   I would suggest a Corsair over a Phanteks for the case quality though.

can I fit a 2070 super in this case?

The 2070  is close to the same size as my 1080FTW edition. i have this in there with a two fan corsair water cooler and it has about 1inch to spare from the radiator. this should fit fine if you get the right motherboard for it.

I want to use ASRock B450 Steel Legend with this cases, which uses ASRock Polychrome Sync for RGB. Will this play nice with Corsair iCue? If not, is there a way to make Polychrome control the RGB fans and not install iCue? Thanks!

I'm in a similar situation with some of my other RGB lighting software: Asus Aura Sync and Gigabyte's software don't allow for the control of these fans, requiring the installation of multiple pieces of software. I haven't tested ASRock's, but as far as I'm aware, the Corsair fans that come included with the case can be controlled only by the iCue software, as the RGB headers plug in to a Corsair hub called a Lightning Node Core. It would be my assumption that this LNC can only be controlled by iCue.

Can I move the fans? e.g. put one of the fans in front to the back and use it as an exhaust? Or are they indefinately stuck in the front.
