Question 1

I have an Intel mobo that came with my Gateway PC (slowly upgrading it) and I only see 2 spots to connect fans to. 1 for CPU, and 1 for the system fan in the rear. I plan to upgrade my mobo to utilize all of the fans soon, but would this even be worth buying to hold me over until I can upgrade it when I can only use those 2 fans with my current mobo?

The Thor case has two fan groups (A and B) with dials on the top front of the case to control speed. You plug the A and B into the motherboard and then you plug up to three fans into A and then B for a total of six fans (if you have that many). My motherboard had ample fan connections but I ran the case fans through the A group and then my CPU fan directly from the motherboard (so it could increase and decrease the fan speed as needed. Is it able to pull up things like google or enternet explorrer? i have
 never owned a gameing pc just console and im looking to also need to do that stuff along with gameing so if it could do this i would like to know becuase i ahve 1 day to find out so i need answer ASAP.

Sorry I did not see your query yesterday.  Short answer is No!  If I understand your question correctly.  This is not a computer.  It is just an empty case.  A very big case with lots of room to build your dream pc, but by itself it does nothing.  I own 2.  I really like this case for its size and value.  I recommend the case but then I spent 2-3 thousand dollars each to build them for gaming.

Question 3

So I know this sounds kind of stupid, but I wanted to make sure. This case comes with nothing but the fans, right? You bring your own motherboard, video card, ram, that kinda stuff?

That's right! Just an empty case with some fans and sweet LEDs. I got this case because it moves air like a boss and keeps everything relatively cool without aftermarket cooling. It's huge inside and the fans work pretty well. If you don't need a huge case, or if you're not worried about overheating, smaller cases are a lot more economical. But if you're gaming, or editing media, want to have a powerful, tricked out machine and otherwise need to keep things cool, full atx, the size of this case, is the way to go. I've been using this case for 8 months and I don't have a single complaint about it yet

Question 4

I was wondering if my fatality 990fx with 212evo cooler will fit inside this with the preinstalled side panel fan? I know the outer dimensions are sufficient but the distance the side fan goes in might hit the CPU cooler? Anybody know if this will fit? My current build I didn't compensate for the internal space needed for the side panel fan and am unable to have the side attached. Thanks. Also I was going to get some more standoffs for the over as my mobo has 9 total standoff locations. Which will fit with this case? Thanks in advance

You should have plenty of room with that cooler from what i see that heatsink stands about 4.7 inches tall this case has space for about 6 3/4 to 7 inches of space for a large cooler, I'm using a Zalman 120 mm heatsink and its just short of 6 inches and i have room to spare. As for the standoffs i'm not sure when i bought this case it came with few of them. Hope this helps (:

can I put any asus board in it?

The brand of the board matters less than the board's form factor (size).  The THOR supports Micro ATX, ATX, E-ATX, XL-ATX MoBo form factors.  Seriously, this tower is fantastic.  The airflow is killer, I have to wear an extra pair of socks when sitting next to it...it's like an air conditioner!

T.L.D.R.  Odds are good your asus board will fit.

It says my motherboard needs to have onboard USB 3.0, would USB 3.1 work? Sorry I am new, help me

The answers previously provided are not wrong, but they are not wholly correct either.  It may or may not work depending on your motherboard.  While USB standard are backwards compatible, the motherboard headers are not necessarily so.  For example, USB 1.0 and 2.0 headers were the same and compatible with each other.  USB 3.0 headers on the motherboard are different and not backwards compatible with hardware hookups for USB 1.0 and 2.0.  The backwards compatibility deals more with what you plug into the USB port on the panel (a USB 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0 device can be plugged into the front USB 3.0 ports of your case; if it's a USB C connector might need a converter).  In the event your motherboard has a newer USB 3.1 header, you can get a cable to convert it from USB 3.1 header to USB 3.0 internal header cable to your panel, but it doesn't natively support USB 3.1 headers on your motherboard if the header is the newer USB 3.1 revision.  I am not sure, but I think if you do convert from USB 3.1 header on your motherboard to USB 3.0, you lose some of the amps that a 3.1 port provides over a USB 3.0 port (I'm not sure about that though).

No power supply. It is a bottom mounted slot for a power supply - pick what you require to run the MB, HD's, fans and any other hardware. I used a 850W Power supply - Corsair brand.

is this case compatible with an ssi ceb motherboard?

Yes. All your screw holes will line up and there is plenty of room inside the case to accommodate the size of the board.

Is this case large enough to fit a GTX 770. The 770 is 11'5 inches long?

Absolutely, I put two GTX 680s (one of which was a longer pcb version about the same length as your 770) in mine and had plenty of room to spare.
