One System, Built for ALL
The iT32 & X5 provide a universal solution for photographers. Their interchangeable magnetic hotshoe enables instant switching across camera brands.

Effortless Multi-Light sync
The iT32 and X5 system offers instant, auto-pairing 2.4GHz wireless communication and can act as a master unit to trigger multiple Godox flashes.

TTL Smart Flash
The iT32 features Intelligent TTL flash for precise auto-exposure, plus manual control (1/128-1/1), high-speed sync, and pre-/post-curtain sync.

Built-in reflector anddiffuser
iT32 features a pull-out diffusion panel to soften light and a built-in catchlight reflector to enhance eyes in bounce flash portraits.

Can the X5 communicate directly with the standard Godox 2.4GHz System?
No. The X5 cannot communicate directly with standard Godox X-system flashes or triggers. It requires an iT32 flash body as the communication bridge.
What functions does the X5 have when used separately from the iT32?
When used separately, the iT32 is locked to the mode preset on the X5 before detachment. It can only adjust power within that mode. To change modes, HSS, or other settings, you must reattach them, configure on the X5, and then detach again.
What functions are available when the X5 is mounted directly onto the iT32?
When the X5 is mounted directly on the iT32 to form a single integrated unit, the system's full functionality becomes available, including TTL, manual power control, mode switching, HSS, and multi-flash group/channel configuration.
Why might the X5 system experience misfires or signal loss?
The X5 system may miss flashes due to interference from other 2.4GHz devices or from the transmitter being too close (<0.5m) to the receiver. To fix, switch channels, increase distance, or turn off nearby interfering devices.
Why does the X5 rely on the iT32 to function?
The X5 is a compact hotshoe controller whose full functionality — including TTL/HSS, power control, and system communication — is only activated when paired with the iT32 flash body, which contains the necessary transmission protocols.
