Can I use this phone with cricket mobile service?

Yes you can. Just pop in the sim card. if your sim doesn't fit exactly there are sim adapters that will work. Also if you have to set up you network it's super easy just go into the settings. You can google Cricket configuration and just enter that way. I doubt you would have to do that. Usually just put in the sim. Also a great alternative is the Asus Zenfone 2 Laser it's about 199-229 on newegg.com about the same as Note3 but in my opinion slightly faster and better camera. I bought a Note3 from newegg 7 months and loved it but recently upgraded to the ASUS ZEnfone 2 laser.

Hi, I need to know if this is unlocked cell, if they have guarantee and if ithave all accesories like a new?

It is supposed to be unlocked. I have not checked with a foreign Sim card. As far as accessories go, phone came with a compatible charger and the stylus that goes with the phone. No issues as of yet. Great price and condition.

Question 3

So I just got the phone yesterday and was wondering why my T-Mobile network isn't working with this phone. It states it being already unlocked. I've been getting signal to no signal and can not use my data on it either. Please help?

Yes it should work perfectly, but I am using it on straight talk and the SIM card sold by straight talk are sold as at&t comparable SIM, so mine works perfectly... may be this phone still has that at&t and even the os update is also happening through at&t so better check the seller. But it should work for all the providers..Since its a unlock..but the seller responsibility to make it unlock for all services..

Question 5

The details of the product state it is an unlocked ATT phone.  It says that 3G is only on ATT network.  Does that mean to say that if I use this unlocked phone on T-Mobile network I would only have 4G but if I were in an area with only 3G networks I would be without Data service?

Please explain how this would work in my situation.

It definitely depends on the 3G/4G LTE coverage in the area once you go through T-Mobile to unlock the phone. You would need a nano/micro SIM card for this phone.
