Rated capacity? Battery capacity? Why is my power bank not providing as many charges as l expected?
All power banks have rated capacity and battery capacity differences. They arise due to energy loss in voltage conversion and efficiency. The number of charges always depends on rated capacity, generally 40-60% of battery capacity.
Why does my product recharge slowly?
1. Recharging to 100% about 2 hours requires the use of a charger of more than 65W; an 18W charger takes 5 hours to fully charge;
2. Temperature also has an impact to charging time, please avoid recharging immediately after high-power discharge.
Why does the displayed battery percentage number flash when charging?
It is not a display screen malfunction, but a design feature of the product to indicate charging status.
Can I bring this power bank on the plane?
Yes, the power bank complies with TSA requirements (<100Wh) and is approved for carry-on luggage during air travel.
Why did I fail to get the power bank charged with my existing cable, but the cable attached can charge it.
The possible reason may be that your type-c cable is not standard, it doesn't have CC pin.We suggest using the cable attached or cable of branded.
