Is this mask CDC or FDA approved to protect against COVID19 virus despite having only two straps?

I did not see this mask on the FDA's PPE lookup site (i.e. Google for "fda ppe lookup" and go to the first link, titled "Personal Protective Equipment EUAs | FDA").  You can see other manufacturers whose products have been approved for emergency use authorization.  None of "singgon" or "guizou shengang" appear on that list, nor does this product purport to comply with NIOSH standards.

Given the (lack of) evidence on the FDA's own PPE lookup page showing this particular product's EUA, I conclude these masks aren't FDA approved.
