Pros: Awesome glossy black paint job. Blue LED fans. This thing has a ton of connectors! (8x Molex, 4x SATA, 2x Floppy, 2x PCI-E, 1x 12v, 1x EPS12v). The cables are wrapped in nice black mesh and come with velcro ties to keep extras together. Been running it 24/7 for 3 days now. It's quiet too! My cpu cooler is louder than it. Ordered Wednesday night and got it Friday morning.

Cons: None so far.

Overall Review: I had never heard of HEC and some reviews said this was a decent unit, so I gave it a chance. I'm also on a tight budget so this was a great deal for what I paid! I am gonna use this for a new build, but I don't have all the parts, so for the meantime, it's replacing my old psu that sounded like a jet engine. It'd be nice if there was a switch for the lights to turn off sometimes, but thats no biggie. It easily powers an old OC'd P4 and a bunch of 4 drives. Will update the review when I get a new system.

Pros: I am a system builder. I have many of these in service In several types of systems. Many have been in service for well more than a year. Not a single failure. That really works for me as it keeps my customers happy. Plenty of cable connectors & cables are plenty long for a mid tower case & can be a tad short in a full tower case with a bottom mounted PS.Voltages hold up well under loads which is rare in a PS of this price.Sleeved cables & led's are a nice touch for the price. Very quiet as well.

Overall Review: With any PS there is a risk of DOA's & all PS makers have them no matter what you pay for the product.I believe all of them work when shipped from the maker but packages are ofter handled roughly as the condition of the boxes on arrival says so.UPS has to be the worst there is as I have had boxes arrive looking like nothing inside would have survived.The egg does a very poor job of packing lately ever since they stopped using foam peanuts & I have been recieving packages with only some brown paper as packing material & very little of it to boot.I now cringe as I open every box from the egg & I get several a week.I would never pack anything I ship so poorly & I ship daily.

Pros: For a PSU with 2 fans, this thing is extremely quiet. Little bonus in the box of velcro straps for bundling cables. Not much else to say about a PSU

Overall Review: This is a powerhouse for the price! No reason not to get this one.

Pros: Replaced the original PSU that came with my tower. Looks great, quiet, I didn't even need half of the connectors. Cables are long, but easy to hide, the cpu connector is a bit short, but I had no problems using it.

Cons: Smudges easily.

Overall Review: The nylon wrapping and included velcro cable ties are a nice touch. Glad to see an inexpensive product that still gives you a little extra bang for your buck.

Pros: Real attention to detail. The PSU comes in a soft cloth bag. High gloss finish with soft blue glow fans. Gold plated fan grill. Wires nicely covered and grouped. Plenty of length for ATX case. Lots of power that seems to be well regulated. Nvidia and ATI SLI dual certified. Absolute best bang for the buck and actually made by HEC.

Cons: Not really cons - plenty of molex connectors. Need to purchase sata-molex adapters if using more than 4 sata devices. This PSU is for custom rig.

Overall Review: Number of and type of plugs should be published in specs though there are plenty of them. HEC has been around a long time with a great reputation making OEM

Pros: Awesome. Everything fit where it should. One of the heavier power supply I've ever run across. I won't say it's whisper quiet, but it's quieter than I thought it was going to be.

Cons: The cords are long. In a smaller case it could be a problem

Overall Review: Blue neon illumination is a nice touch.

Pros: Used this to replace the original 300w in my Inspiron 530. Works great and fits perfectly.

Cons: The cables all seemed to be a bit too long and it adds up taking up alot of space in your box but its manageable.
