Pros: Attractive, stable, quiet.

Cons: Somewhat expensive for a PSU (though not for units in the 1000W range). 1x6-pin and 1x6+2-pin PCI-E cable are non-modular, as are the 4-/8-pin 12V CPU & main 24-pin connector.

Overall Review: Took a bit of a gamble purchasing this unit, but glad I did. It seems to be of very good build quality and has been highly reliable while powering my Q6600 & dual GTX260s. I was even impressed with the very heavy gage of the included external power cord. It's worth noting that the PCI-E connectors are actually 3x6-pin & 3x6+2-pin. I've attempted to notify NewEgg that their product page is inaccurate (or at least inconsistent with similar listings from other manufacturers), but they don't seem to have any interest in updating the listing. Hopefully people looking to run tri-SLI or Crossfire setups which require 4 or more 6-pin plugs aren't missing out on this PSU due to this oversight. :-/

Pros: Love the modular setup and the amount of room I can have in my system with this setup. Powers my system very efficiently and quietly. I run SLI 9800 GTX+ (x2) and my system is considerably overclocked.

Cons: None so far.

Overall Review: Caught it on the shell shocker. If this hadn't been the shell shocker deal I probably would have gone with an 850w supply which would have been more than adequate for my setup.

Pros: Works well and the price is right. Actually, it works better than the fancy brand name power supply it replaced. The cables are more flexible than many other brands today. It makes for an easier, cleaner layout.

Cons: The primary cables aren't modular, don't know if that's available anywhere or not, but I would have liked it since I don't use any of the old four pin drive supplies.

Overall Review: Pretty rocking, I should be good on power supplies for a long time.

Pros: Quiet. Modular cables. Heavy gauge power chord. Cables are keyed so they won't fit in wrong slots. With my previous PSU I heard some whining and noise from the sound card during the startup of crysis. I had thought that was because of the sound chip set on the MB (maybe cheap). The old PSU blew up 2x so I got a different manufacturer this time. No noise or whining now, so now I know the old sigma PSU was responsible for that problem also (in addition to only lasting 3 months each time it was RMAd). So far (2days) the function is excellent.

Cons: Minor, but I would have preferred that the graphics card #1 power leads also be modular so I could use V5 and V6 to feed the graphics card. V5 and V6 have the highest output current. I still could do it by just not using the cables intended for the graphics card #1 and using the ones for the 2nd graphics card. But then the case would have these unused cables dangling around which sort of defeats the modular cable design. It's a preference, not really that big a deal.

Overall Review: The user manual that comes with it seems to have the output plugs mislabelled on the diagram along with some typos. The labels actually on the power supply appear correct. Also not a big deal. It just leads to the impression that it is impossible to get to V5 and V6 based on the diagram in the manual. Newegg processing is awesome. Ordered on Sunday night, arrived tuesday afternoon via normal ground shipping. And I did not pay for the expedited ordering or any kind of upgraded shipping. Basically 1.5 day turn around.

Pros: I bought this psu because I took a "power test" on line which recommended that wattage i should be at. I should have been at 750 watts but I only had a 650 watt psu. So i upgraded with the shell shocker and so far so good.

Cons: It's a bit louder than my smaller psu, not an issue for me.... just sayin

Overall Review: So far i have had no problems, there are so many cables it's insane. I don't know how I would use them all
