How to charge the headset?
1. Place headset into charging case. (Note: Screen shows charging case remaining power.)
2. Headset red light on; case display activates to indicate charging.
3. Light turns green once headset fully charged.
What to do if the headset won’t charge?
1.Wipe the charging points with ALCOHOL PAD to remove dirt.
2.Clean charging pins with ALCOHOL PAD; ensure they spring back and aren't bent/discolored.
3.Put it into case and check if the MAGNETIC SUCTION IS NORMAL and if the indicator LIGHTS UP RED.
Why can't the headset connect?
1.Ensure the headset is charging in the charging case (Indicator lights up red).
2.Press the volume "+" and "-" buttons together until the indicator flashes green twice.
3.Delete the headset's Bluetooth record and pair them again.

The mute button only functions during phone calls.
