b.Blue light is always on initially, means connected to other device. Disconnect first, then reconnect to phone.
c.Still can't connect? Restart the speaker.
What if the speaker sound is unstable?
a.Confirm whether the phone is connected to Bluetooth version4.0 or later, earlier versions may cause short Bluetooth range.
b.When sleeping on the side, the speaker can be placed in the center of the bottom of the pillow for the best effect.
What if the speaker volume is too low?
You can adjust the volume using the sleep speaker itself or the connected phone. And it is recommended to place the pillow speaker in the center of the bottom of the pillow for better sound quality.
