Is it CONNECTible AS USB drive FOR 32-bit Windows XP?

It could be.  This is a "bare bones" drive, you don't get cables or ANYthing other than the drive you see in the photo...literally just a drive.  So, there is no USB port, only SATA connections on the drive.  To connect via USB you need a SATA compatible external hard drive enclosure, put this drive inside that, then it's an external drive that works with USB.

Or put it directly into a computer and connect via SATA without USB, even then you need a SATA cable and a free power cable from your mother board and space for the drive itself.  Then of course you lose the ability to move from computer to computer but you get better transfer rates than with an external/USB drive.

Hello Vlad, Depending on where you want this shipped it may or may not be available in your region. Newegg cannot ship this item to a location outside of the US if ordering from the main Newegg.com website. On the top right corner of our homepage you (should) see a US flag icon that you can click on. Click on it and check to see if we have a website set up for your country. If your country is listed then click on it and proceed to see if the item is available for purchase and shipment to your country. Not all items readily available in the US for shipment will be available in other countries. This means that it can be in stock on the US website but not on your home country's website for Newegg.
