Is this product compatible with Windows Home Server 2011?

I can't answer your question with 100% accuracy, but I can take a good educated guess.  The product specs say it supports "Windows, Windows x64 Editions".  I have mine installed in Windows 7 64bit and it works great.
As far as Windows Home Server 2011 all I can say is that Win7, Server 2008r2, and Home Server 2011 are all built on the same OS kernel.  So my best guess is that yes it will work.  But is there a small chance that Microsoft did something crazy with Home Server OS.
If you do buy this, just use the Server 2008r2 Driver, or the Win7 64 Bit driver.

WILL THIS BE COMPATIBLE WITH WINDOWS 10 ?

I do not believe this works with Windows 10 as I had a number of issues with drivers during the initial 7-10 transition phase so I removed or upgraded some of my devices - this was one of them. Hope that helps.
