We're jealous of Jason.  After this card wouldn't run reliably on Server 2008 we tried Windows 7 Ultimate.  that allowed us to see the card and use the Raid Management Gui.  Unfortunately though everytime we created a new array, regardless of the array type or number of drives we selected, it would initialize/format the array for 20-30 minutes.  The drive lights would flash hurriedly, and then it would stop.  The card and array would drop offline, and only rebooting the machine would bring the card and drives back.  After repeating this process 15-20 times we gave up and contacted High-Point support, which basically sent us the latest firmware update and said they couldn't provide support on the card because it's an old model they don't make anymore.  :(
