Pros: Its black, has a wire mesh for cables, and also continues to run for a few minutes after the computer shuts off to evacuate extra heat. Its REALLY quiet. I think my case fans are louder. Of course there is heat coming from the back of the psu...but overall...it's relatively cool.

Cons: None so far. Just look for reviews online and read what they say. I'm not too knowledgeable about PSU's, but so far i'm really impressed.

Pros: The wrapped cables are a nice touch to keep away the spaghetti mess you normally see in a case. The length of the cable are also good would work well in a large case (i have a mid). The cable disconnects are ingenious no more wondering when they are going to separate and worries of slamming your hand into other components. Very quiet and voltage is very stable even under heavy load. If you looking to build a power hungry machine with a lot of connectors i recommend this hiper PS.

Cons: Some of the four pins connectors for the CDR and DVDR were a little loose and took a firm push to get them seated. If the case is jostled i can see these possibly becoming loose.

Overall Review: Installation was a piece of cake, just remember to write all you disconnections down on a piece of paper if your worried. Cables were a little stiff, not brittle but just stiff. But I haven't seen a PS that wasn't. And as always Newegg was wonderful to deal with, you guys rock!

Pros: I've been an electrical engineer for 10yrs. One of the first things I do is load up a PSU on my O-scope to see if their claims are true. Much to my surprised when I looked in the manual, you could tell it was written by an engineer for engineers. It gave step by step instructions on how to load the power supply and view the output on an O-scope. Needless to say, from an engineering standpoint: the electrical output of the PSU is so noiseless, I was shocked. .7% ripple across all rails. Sleeved cables. 3yr warranty This is a solid company building solid power supplies. They have me as a new customer. Until I can find another PSU <.7% ripple. I doubt that is going to happen any time soon.

Cons: SATA cables a little short.

Pros: Low price for pretty good product. Its quiet.

Cons: Needs a 4-pin extension with a P180 case. Only has 2 SATA power plugs which are located on a single cable. If you get an SATA DVD burner and HDDs, you may need some adapters.

Overall Review: The fan stays on after power-down, but this is by design.

Overall Review: Just to be fair I will say this. It may be a good PSU when it when works.Just because you get a bad Lexus or Ford don't mean all Ford or Lexus are bad because Chevy and GMC Toyota all have repair shops. Don't want to chance another setback so I ordered the 500 watt Silverstone with the short cables for this HTPC build.

Overall Review: Although the PSU was worthless (I've since replaced it with an Antec), Newegg was excellent replacing the dead unit within a week with no questions asked.
