Pros: Radeon HD 5770 still has a good price/performance ratio. It is over a year old model, but still a good mainstream-performance graphics card. I have two 5770s for CrossFire in my C2Q rig, and they still boast near high-end performance of today.
Cons: HIS offers 2-year warranty which is great in theory, however, its RMA service outsourcing partner, Lexy.com is not helpful at all in reality.
Overall Review: Lexy.com is supposed to answer the RMA request in 2 days, but they never replied. Also 30-day turn around time is too long. I think HIS' 2-year warranty policy doesn't mean anything with a lazy RMA service partner. Good 1-year service is better than poor 2-year one. I think HIS should rethink about their RMA system. I had a cooling fan issue, and I fixed it by myself in the event. Maybe doing so made the warranty void, but doesn't matter because warranty service does not exist anyway.
