will this drive work in a Mac Pro?

It's a SATA drive, so the Mac Pro (which uses SATA drives) will be able to use the drive. But the Mac Pro is npretty old; I believe it has Sata 3Gb/sec and not 6Gb/sec ports, you'll only get 3Gb/sec performance. But all 6bG/sec drives are backwards compatible with the older SATA specification and work just fine on 3Gb ports, albeit at 3Gb/sec.

Will this product work with the newly released Playstation 4?

I'm not absolutely sure, but as long as the Playstation 4 has a SATA and doesn't require any special software, I don't see why it wouldn't work.

Don't take my word for it though. I have never owned a console. Check to see if the PS4 can handle a SATA.

I have a hp touch mart 520 -1030 is this drive compatible with this unit? If not what drive will be.

That would depend on the size of the hard drive currently in the computer.
