Question 1

I currently have 16gb of the khx1600c9d3/4gX model.  Will it be compatible if I get 2 more sticks of this one (khx1600c9d3/4g)?

You'll just have to try it and see, but since they are both the same type and brand you should be okay.  We tried to mix with a different brand of memory and it worked okay for a couple of weeks, but then began to experience uncharacteristic errors.  After removing the older memory the problems disappeared.

Question 2

I have P8H61-M LX3 R2.0 motherboard with Intel Celeron G1620 2.70GHz CPU. Will these rams work on my M/B?

It should work. That board can has two slots for RAM, up to 8 GB per slot, and up to DDR3 2200. This will work.

Question 3

I intend to replace my existing system memory , which runs at 1.5V with this memory which runs at 1.65V. Will a motherboard typically support the extra 0.15V or is there a danger of the motherboard overheating? Also, if the motherboard only recognizes speeds of 1333Mhz, will this memory run at that 1333mhz speed or will the motherboard reject this memory sticks. Thanks.

The motherboard manufacturer usually publishes a list of compatible ram modules.  If you know the brand and model of your motherboard, you should be able to search the manufacturer's website for a list of compatible part numbers.  That is a far better choice than buying and hoping, because you're guaranteed stability.  If you purchased the board from Newegg, you should be able to find the item in your purchase history and use that to find the manufacturer's page even if you bought it several years ago - they're good about keeping obsolete product pages up so they can be referenced later.

If you have a pre-built PC you should be able to use internet ram finder tools (I believe Kingston maintains one) to find compatible ram for your machine even if it uses a proprietary OEM motherboard.

It will fit on the motherboard and will be recognized by the BIOS. But your processor supports DDR3-1333 memory types. So the memory will be working at 1333 speeds instead of the 1600.
